Question of the Day:
What stroke is (11, Eat, 11) used in?
Correct: Do 10 BR kicks underwater; look at your feet.
Wrong: Do a 25 BR Kick on your back, then a 25 FREE

Challenge #1:
Sit on the side of the pool. Splash the water using your…
… top of the foot.
… Outside side of the foot.
… Inside of your foot.

Challenge #2:
Put the inside of your feet on the wall, like you’re going to do BR kick. Push off the wall like that in SL and get past the yellow.

Challenge #3:
Handstand rewind.
Push off the wall and do a handstand on the “T” mark. Rewind, and reverse so that you push off the ground and touch the wall where you pushed off with your feet.
