Question of the Day:
What rotates along your spine while you’re swimming freestyle?
Correct: Kick in SL to 1/2 way spinning the whole time w/ FINS
Wrong: 50 FLY Kick w/ FINS

1 x 50: Kick on your side smelling stinky armpit. Lay on the right arm 1st 25, lay on the left arm 2nd.

Challenge #1:
Streamline underwater past the flags. NO kicking.
BONUS: do it in position 11

Challenge #2:
Without fins, get to 1/2 way with only 2 FLY strokes and 6 flutter kicks.
BONUS: W/ FINS get to 1/2 way with 1 FLY stroke and 2 flutter kicks.

Challenge #3:
Lay on your side, underwater, with your knee, your hip, and your shoulder touching the bottom at the same time.
