In this brief video tutorial we’ll go through the first step of the new book, How to Create Fun and Effective Swim Games. The first portion of the book gives you the steps you need to clearly identify the people you are going to play your games with. Remember that the first step in figuring out what you’re going to work on and what your game will eventually be, is to clearly isolate exactly who you have with you at that moment.

We will look at a few things:

Who do you have that day?

What is their ability level?

and how can you integrate your pool facility and location with your current group of participants?
