Challenge #1:
Push off the wall with both hands and both feet all at the same time. Get past the T mark.

Challenge #2:
Lay parallel to the wall. Using your arm/s push off the wall and get past the T mark in soldier.

Challenge #3:
Streamline on the surface. Do 1x (FLY or BR) stroke and go underwater in SL. Get past the lifeguard. Do it again, and get past 1/2 way.
