1 x 100 IM Kick
2 x 50: BK K w/ FINS
1 x 50: Position 11 w/ FINS: tell coach all three things to SL and 11 before you go.

Question of the Day:
Fins make you go faster. What skill does wearing fins help you with?
Correct: Do 100 of any type of kicks between the wall and the flags. Don’t have to travel anywhere.
Wrong: Do 200 of any type of kicks; same rules.

Sit on the edge of the pool and do 10 slow BR Kicks
1 x Challenge

Challenge #1:
With the inside of your feet on the wall, push (like a BR kick) and get past the yellow

Challenge #2:
Lay on your back, float at the yellow. Open and close your legs like scissors and get past the flags. NO arms.

Challenge #3:
Do the Handstand Rewind challenge, but twist at least 1 full rotation during it.
