Question of the Day:
Fins help you go faster. What part of the swim do they help you learn?
Correct: Do 50 Flutter kicks between wall and flags; don’t have to go anywhere.
Wrong: Do 100 flutter kicks, same rules.

Challenge #1:
Push off the wall on the surface in “Eat” and push the water with your forearms.
Do it again underwater.
Get past the “T” mark, then get past the yellow; without kicking.

Challenge #2:
With a SL and no kicking, with 3 FREE strokes get past the lifeguard.

Challenge #3:
With a SL and only 30 flutter kicks get past 1/2 way.
