1 x 50 Position 11: tell coach all 3 things to SL and 11 before you begin

Question of the Day:
When you’re doing front flips, what skill are you working on?
Correct: Do 3 flips of any type
Wrong: Do 2 handstands and 2 front flips, then 30 flutter kicks staying between the flags and the wall.

1 x 100 FREE w/ FINS; attempt to flip at each wall
3 x SL + 5 FREE + 1 breath to the side no FINS
1 x 50 FREE w/ FINS
1 x 50 FREE no fins
1 x Challenge

Challenge #1:
Float on your back in a star position. After 3 breaths do a front flip without touching ground.
Do it again with a back float.
BONUS: Do flips again without using your hands.

Challenge #2:
Roll like a stone from the wall to the flags; breath as much as wanted but never touching the ground.

Challenge #3:
With your feet on top of the lane line, and your arms in Vampire Sleep, keep your belly button and face above water for 5 seconds.
