Correct: 1 super slow, lazy flip as slow as you can make it.
Wrong: 30 jumps off the bottom as fast as you can.

Challenge #1:
Take your goggles off. Start at the flags. Swim FREE to the wall with eyes open underwater. Touch the wall in the middle of the + mark.

Challenge #2:
Take your goggles off. Start at the flags. With your eyes CLOSED swim FREE to the wall and touch the wall without hitting your head.

Challenge #3:
Handstand rewind!
