Challenge #1:
At the yellow float on your back in soldier, then do 3 FLY kicks to get past the flags.

Challenge #2:
Streamline on your back…
… on the surface.
… underwater.
… close to the bottom.

Challenge #3:
Do 4 BR kicks on your back where your knees never touch the surface.
