Question of the Day:
What stroke’s kick is called the “whip kick?”
Correct: Float on your back and only using your hands get from the “T” mark to the flags.
Wrong: Do 3 x SL + FLIP

Challenge:
Streamline underwater, but start in the corner near the bottom. Remain at bottom past the “T”

Challenge:
Lay on the bottom with your head, shoulders, and heels touching at the same time.

Challenge:
Get to 1/2 way with only a SL, 3 FREE strokes, and NO kicking
