Minnows only do a 50 instead of a 100 for the following:
1 x 100 FREE
1 x 100 FLY K
1 x 50 Position 11: tell coach jeff all three things for SL and 11.

Question of the Day:
When you do a flip turn, where should you aim your feet on the wall? Show me.

Correct: Do 3 flips and 3 handstands
Wrong: Do 3 flips where you place your feet in the correct place.

Pick one, and do it. Cannot do the same thing more than twice.

1 x 100 BK
1 x 50 FR
1 x 50 BR
1 x 50 FR K (turn head to side to breathe)
1 x 50 BK K
1 x 50 Fly K
3 x SL + 1 x (11, Y, 11) NO KICK
3 x SL + 5 Free + 1 breath + Flip

Challenge –

Do a streamline to the flags with your big toe dragging on the bottom of the surface. On your back.
Do it again with your big toe dragging on bottom. On belly.
