Warmup:

1 x 100 IM Kick
2 x 50 FREE: Take 10 seconds rest in between
2 x 50 FLY K / BK x 25: Take 10 seconds rest
1 x 100 IM
1 x 50 Position 11; tell coach jeff the three things for SL and 11.

Question of the Day:
How often should you breathe when doing freestyle? Like every how many strokes?

Correct: 3 x Lay on your belly and ONLY turning your face take a breath. Look down between each. And do 3 handstands that turn into front flips.
Wrong: 9 x lay on your belly and only turning your face, take a breath.

8 x 50 on 1:30:
ODD: BK
EVEN: FREE Kick (In soldier)

Challenge:
With NO push off the wall, in position 11 move your body like FLY K and get to the flags.
MUST use the whole body (like an inch worm)

Challenge:
Push off the wall on your belly using the INSIDE of your foot (Think Breaststroke).
