Warmup:

1 x 100 IM Kick
5 minute Trick and Treat Swim
#1: Trick– 50 FREE Kick with BR arms. Treat– Flip twice any direction

#2: Trick – 50 FLY Kick with M&M pickups (pick them off the ground). Treat– Throw the M&M’s in the air and eat them.

#3: Trick – 50 BK but you’re a scarecrow; can’t bend elbows. Treat – Show your scariest scarecrow pose.

1 x 50 Position 11; tell coach jeff 3 things to sl and 11.

Question of the Day:
Did you go trick or treating? What was your costume?

Correct: Float on your belly, flop to your back, turn it into a back flip.
Wrong: Why?!!!

3 x SL + 2x(11, Eat, 11, Glide for 2 seconds)

No kicking, no breathing. This is the MOTION of Breaststroke arms.

Streamline underwater, do the arms at the surface.

2 x 100 FREE

3 x SL + no K + 2 FLY strokes

No kicking throughout. Glide on SL first, then at the surface move the arms in the fly motion.

Okay for the recovery, from hips to 11 to push the swimmer backwards.

Thumbs aim down, and should be only part of hand touching water.

Arms do not recover UP, or above the body. Natural to the sides and forward motion.

2 x 100 FREE

Challenge:
Float like an angry pumpkin. Start at the wall, get as far as the T mark without using hands and legs b/c pumpkins don’t have any!

Challenge:
Start at T mark. Backfloat, backflip, land on the bottom with your feet, SL on back. No kick. Get to the flags.
