3 x SL on your back. 1x at the surface, others underwater if possible.

Challenge #1:

Challenge – Back on the bottom, 2 feet on the wall

Lay down on the bottom of the pool with your back, shoulders and hips touching the floor.

At the same time, but two feet on the wall.

Hold it for 2 seconds.


Challenge #2:

Challenge:
Flatten yourself against the + mark like a squished bug.

“You’re a bug that’s been squished by a giant hand!”

BONUS: do it again but totally underwater.

Challenge #3:
Handstand on the “T” mark for 3 seconds with legs pressed together like a streamline.
