3 x 50: FLY K / FREE x 25
1 x 50: Position 11: tell coach all three things to SL and 11 before you go.
White+: 1 x 200 BK K / BK x 50

Question of the Day:
What stroke is upside-down and backwards?
Correct: Do 50 FLY Kicks between wall and flags.
Wrong: Swim a 50 BK

Minnows / Sharks:
1 x

4 x 50: FREE; rest 20 seconds. Must attempt flip turn.
4 x 25: 4 x FLY + FLY K rest
1 x 200 FREE or BK

4 x 50: Free; rest 15 seconds. Flip turn SL must get you past the flags.
4 x 25: IM Order.
1 x 100: BK

Challenge:
Lay on the ground with your thumbs and both big toes touching at the same time. BONUS if you can get belly button too.

Challenge:
Swim to 1/2 way with NO SL and only 3 FREE strokes kicking during the 3 strokes.

Challenge:
Do 2 front flips, but underwater, and sideways.
