Question of the Day:
When swimming backstroke should you tilt your chin up in the air, or tuck it a little to your chest?
Correct: Swim to 1/2 way on your back looking towards where you’re going (tilt your head back all the way underwater).
Wrong: Swim to 1/2 way BK with your face underwater and your chin totally tucked to your chest.
Do 30 BR Kicks anywhere between wall and flags. Look at your feet while you do them.

Push off the wall with your hands at your side in soldier. Press the inside of your feet against the wall and push. Like breaststroke kick.
do it again on your back.
Get past the flags.
Handstand rewind. Start close, then get further away on the handstand.
Streamline underwater. Staying underwater spin 1x in SL, then spin 1x in airplane, then spin 1x more time in SL. All staying underwater.
