3 x SL + 2x (11, Eat, 11) no kicking.
1 x 50: FLY Kick
1 x 100: Free or BK
1 x Challenge

Start in a ball. Push off the wall using only your toes and do a:
-Front flip
-Back flip

With no kicking or swimming arms pull on something to get yourself past the flags.

Streamline to the flags with only 3 fly kicks.
Must spin around 1 x before getting there.
BONUS: spin 2 x.
